FS Force

Dirks Software offers various software enhancements for users of Microsoft Flight Simulator. One notable product is FS Force, which adds dynamic force feedback effects to the simulator, enhancing realism during flight. This add-on is compatible with several versions, including FS2002, FS2004, FSX, and P3D, but requires a force feedback joystick.

Scenery Design Tools

Another product available is EZ-Landclass, a free tool that allows users to modify landclass and waterclass textures in the simulator. It supports FS8, FS9, FSX, and P3D, enabling users to add features like small towns or correct vegetation types not included in the simulator. This tool requires Microsoft Excel to function.

Custom Scenery Packages

Additionally, the site offers downloadable scenery packages, such as the Southwest BC Landclass, which updates the landclass definitions for various regions in southwestern British Columbia. Another package focuses on improvements to Abbotsford Airport (CYXX) by adding buildings and enhancing the area surrounding the airport. Other features like FSConnect integrate with Microsoft Flight Simulator to provide real-time data about user aircraft, enhancing compatibility with third-party applications.
